Project Officer (Social Innovation) - Full time
Work together with the team to develop an integrated project plan and support overall execution
Responsible for community outreach and communication with corporate clients, elderly homes, elderly centers and partners
Coordinate project resources to ensure smooth and effective project execution
Track and monitor stakeholders’ feedback through quantitative and qualitative surveys
Take part in project activities and deliver talks and guided tours
Manage and maintain communication with project helpers and volunteers on project duties, manpower arrangement and project schedule
Studio Assistant (Softmeal) - Part time
Assist in the promotion of care food culture, including participating in softmeal making workshops, student programs, exhibitions, demonstrations, etc.
Assist in the promotion and preparation of softmeals, including preparation of ingredients, supplies, inventory, venue set-up, cleaning, etc.
Assist in the preparation of the studio environment and studio guided tours
Participate in our community program "Sensory Restaurant on Wheels"
Basic word processing and data entry
Chef - Part time
Lead our softmeal making workshops, training and demonstrations
Responsible for softmeal production and catering service
Ensures softmeal complies with food safety and hygiene requirements
Responsible for designing and developing softmeal recipes
Responsible for ensuring ingredient quality, kitchen inventory and cost control
Responsible for kitchen clean-up, facility maintenance, inventory, etc. to ensure smooth kitchen operation
Community Program Intern - (All year round, Paid internship)
Assist in community program development and project management
Help conduct researches, collect and gather data, analyze findings
Assist in organizing and hosting community events (e.g. health talks, softmeal classes, school workshops & visits, Sensory Restaurant on Wheels, corporate visits)
Assist in marketing and promotion activities, e.g., e-commerce, social media marketing, brand collaborations, etc.
Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the studio’s facilities
