We organize regular softmeal-making workshops to create easy-to-chew and swallow texture modified diet for those who suffer from swallowing difficulties (Also known as dysphagia).

Through our “Captain Softmeal” platform, we have organized over 200 softmeal making workshops (both online and offline) for 6000+ caregivers, healthcare professionals, chefs, students, etc. Our range of texture modified diet complies with The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) Level 4 to 5.
