【記．《科大流動五感大茶樓》社區計劃】

我們非常高興地分享最近在香港科技大學舉辦的「科大流動五感大茶樓」活動！是次活動由 香港科技大學 The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology - HKUST 和 基督教靈實協會 Haven of Hope Christian Service（HOHCS）共同舉辦。🎉

我們迎來了超過80位來自黃大仙、觀塘、西貢區患有吞嚥困難的長者及其家屬，在科大校園內享受懷舊的 #同桌同餐 飲茶體驗。我們的學生和教職員義工為長者提供了美味的點心，包括專為 #吞嚥困難 人士而設的 #軟餐。 衷心感謝科大的支持，使這個推廣社區共融的活動得以成功舉辦；同時也感謝靈實的護理和言語治療師們的協助！

特別感謝科大的初創企業 Elevatefoods Technology 和 PanopticAI，展示了他們的創新技術，提升長者的生活質量。我們也感謝 #鑽的 提供的無障礙的士，方便輪椅使用者出行。

此次活動強調了社區參與的重要性，並展示了科技如何有效改善我們長者的生活福祉！

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent "Sensory Restaurant on Wheels at HKUST" event! This special community program, in collaboration with The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and Haven of Hope Christian Service (HOHCS), was a heartwarming experience.🎉

We welcomed over 80 seniors with swallowing difficulties and their families to enjoy a nostalgic Yum Cha experience right on the HKUST campus. Our dedicated students and staff volunteers served dim sum in various textures, including #softmeal for those with #dysphagia. A heartfelt thank you to HKUST for their partnership in making this inclusive event possible, and to the nursing and speech therapists from HOHCS for their invaluable coordination!

A special shoutout to HKUST startups Elevatefoods Technology and PanopticAI for showcasing their innovative technologies aimed at enhancing the quality of life for the elderly. We also appreciate DiamondCab for providing accessible transportation for our wheelchair users.

This event underscored the importance of community engagement and demonstrated how technology can significantly improve the well-being of our aging population.
